Join us for Tai Chi Chuan with Pamela Allen

Tai-chi Chuan is an exercise designed to balance yin (receptive) and yang (expressive) energies in the body. Movements are coordinated with the breath in order to integrate body, mind, and spirit.

Tai Chi improves balance, decreases stress, improves circulation, tones muscles, increases focus, heightens awareness, and improves concentration. Pamela Allen has been practicing the Kuang Ping style of Tai-chi Chuan for the past 33 years. Over the past 15 years, she has taught classes at Prayers for Peace Park in Valley Center, the Julian Library, and Seaside Center for Spiritual Living in Encinitas. She is thrilled to bring this powerful exercise to her CSLTV family.

Level 1 Class; 12 week session – begins January 21st, 2020 on Tuesday evenings from 5:00 to 6:00 pm. Cost is $85. Wear comfortable clothes and supportive shoes.
