Cecilia Burch: Office Administrator
Besides being the CSLTV Administrator, Cecilia Burch is a Nonprofit Consultant, Master Gardener and a Writer, with more than 30 years’ experience managing nonprofit organizations. She freelances as an organizational resource by helping organizations start up nonprofits, writing grants, proposals and business plans and providing clear and compelling proofreading and copy editing. As a Master Gardener, she is also a resource for gardening information, care and design and loves to give away plants. Cecilia is a third-generation native Southern Californian and currently makes her home in Lake Elsinore near water and the mountains with her son and his wife, three young men who call her Grandma, a lovely garden, and assorted cats.
