See the Events page for this CSLTV Spiritual Drum Circle and Potluck, facilitated by Practitioner Debbie Haun, RScP. Drum Circles are scheduled quarterly after Sunday service and evenings on the last Friday of each month. No experience necessary, and all are welcome! The experience of drumming is well-documented to have positive effects for your body energy. It reduces stress, tension and anxiety, is grounding to the soul and uplifting to the heart. The practice aids in the release of negative feelings, blocks and emotional trauma. It also helps fight depression, reduces stress, and stimulates creativity. Bring your own instruments, if you have them. There will be drums and percussion instruments available for use.

This is a gentle kundalini class with gentle stretching, asanas, kriyas and meditation, finishing with a meditative Savasana with Tibetan Bowls. This class is appropriate for all levels. Bring a yoga mat and a towel if you have them. $10 per class.
