THE MIND-BODY CONNECTION: An exploration of consciousness for more effective living!
This 8-week class explores the relationship our thoughts and feelings have on the well-being of our body. Pulling from ancient traditions to current scientific thought, this class uses the timely wisdom of Science of Mind and experiential exercises to empower you to live more effectively with an expanded sense of wellness and confidence. Topics include: Energy Balancing, Healing Codes, Alternate Nostril Breathing, Connecting with your Healing Guide and much more! Learn practical integration of principles to develop a working connection to our divinity and learn how to experience more peace in our body and environment.

SPIRITUAL DRUM CIRCLE – Experience Your Inner Rhythm
Join Debbie Haun, RScP, for this event after Sunday service on select dates. No experience necessary, and all are welcome! The experience of drumming is well-documented to have positive effects for your body energy. It reduces stress, tension and anxiety, is grounding to the soul and uplifting to the heart. The practice aids in the release of negative feelings, blocks and emotional trauma. It also helps fight depression, reduces stress, and stimulates creativity. Bring your own instruments, if you have them. There will be drums and percussion instruments available for use.
