Join CSLTV Practitioner Debbie Haun, RScP, for this spiritual drum circle event after Sunday service on select quarterly dates.

Experience your inner rhythm.  No experience necessary, and all are welcome!  The experience of drumming is well-documented to have positive effects for your body energy.  It reduces stress, tension and anxiety, is grounding to the soul and uplifting to the heart.  The practice aids in the  release of negative feelings, blocks and emotional trauma. It also helps fight depression, reduces stress, and stimulates creativity.   Bring your own instruments, if you have them.  There will be drums and percussion instruments available for use.
