This 8-week class explores the relationship our thoughts and feelings have on the well-being of our body. Pulling from ancient traditions to current scientific thought, this class uses the timely wisdom of Science of Mind and experiential exercises to empower you to live more effectively with an expanded sense of wellness and confidence. Learn practical integration of principles to develop a working connection to our divinity and learn how to experience more peace in our body and environment.
Monday Evenings: 6:00 to 9:00 pm, beginning April 30th for 8 weeks – this is a closed group after the second night of class, May 7th.
