Gentle Yoga

Join Stacey Paige as she leads a peaceful, meditative gentle yoga class that’s great for most every body.  Gently and mindfully stretch and strengthen your body while relaxing your mind and relieving stress.  We end with a sound bowl leading us into a 15 minute restorative resting pose.  Bring your yoga mat, water and any other yoga accessories you like.  Class is $10, and approximately 75 minutes long.
